OSS Grievance Redressal

One Stop Shop has initiated Grievance Redressal system for speedy redressal of your grievance as our fellow customers will get easy accessibility for information about OSS products and services. In case if you have any query please follow the steps:
Step 1 : Call our 24 hours customer care at 022-66846684/022-42384238 or you can simply mail us at support@onestopshop.in for online submission of your grievance. By this you will receive immediate response within two business days. Incase your grievance is not resolved within two days please follow the next step.

Step 2 : Call Us at our customer care between 8am to 8pm. Dial the direct number at 022-42384240/41/42 as you can talk to level 2 team. Provide us the request number which will be expired within 10 days. By this you will receive immediate response within four business days. Incase your grievance is not resolved within four days please follow the next step.

Step 3 : If you are not satisfied with the level 2 team, please write to our Customer Support Team at k.anilkumar@onestopshop.in or Customer Service at navin.shrivastav@onestopshop.in. By this you will receive immediate response within four business days. Incase your grievance is not resolved within four days please follow the next step.

Step 4 : If you are not still happy with the resolution please email our CEO of One Stop Shop at ceo@onestopshop.in. By this you will receive immediate response within ten business days.
